Be the Commonwealth in action.

Are you or your students looking to make a difference in your local community and learn more about democracy at the local, national and Commonwealth levels?

Take part in the South Wales Youth Summit, a two-day event connecting young people from the local community in order to learn how they can make a difference. WE SchoolsColeg GwentRCS Wales and The Royal Commonwealth Society are joining together to deliver this one-of-a-kind event.

DAY ONE: Students will work together to learn about democratic procedures and build the skills necessary to make a difference in the community.

DAY TWO: These new skills and knowledge will be put into practice in a Model Commonwealth Summit, as students act as the Head of a Commonwealth government and discuss current events.
