Honouring the Contributions of Servicemen and Women From Commonwealth Nations to the War Efforts
RCS Wales hosted an online event to Honour the Contributions of Servicemen and Women From Commonwealth Nations to the War Efforts on Monday, 26th April 2021 at 12 AM to 2 PM (GMT +1)
The event was broadcast live on Facebook so the people around the world can participate. We also uploaded the video on youtube which can be viewed below.
The event was attended by Ambassadors, High Commissioners and their representatives as well as the Lord Lieutenants of South and West Glamorgan who represented the Queen including a tribute to HRH Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh. The event was also attended by Commonwealth Nationals living in Wales with presentations from the Ambassadors from Cyprus, Brigadier General from Canada, Secretary General representing the High Commissioner of Lesotho, Representative from New Zealand Ambassadors office.
