Raising the flag on Commonwealth Day at Cardiff Castle

Celebrating Commonwealth Day 2021 in Cardiff Castle, Wales.

Royal Commonwealth Society of Wales celebrated Commonwealth day on March 8, 2021 in collaboration with Royal Welsh Army. Mr. Rogeiro Verma (Chairman RCS Wales) and Capt. Alun Higgins were present at the event and raised commonwealth flag at Cardiff Castle.

To mark the occasion the Commonwealth flag, saluted by Capt. Alun Higgins, has been raised into a glorious blue sky above.

The Commonwealth flag raised into a glorious blue sky at Cardiff Castle on the occasion celebrating with other nations around the Commonwealth 54. This year we focus on our Communities in the Commonwealth, Equality, Inclusion, Environment, Fairness and Prosperity.
